Durham is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Durham follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

French Corner has the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a LOT). The dough is soft, but firm and has a fantastic flavor to it that goes well beyond most cookies. Also comes with a lot of big chocolate chips which are delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try. They are worth every penny and you won't be disappointed. I also really like their cinnamon rolls and their (coffee flavored) tiramisu.

Such a lovely little spot! I tried the strawberry croissant and the bacon cheese quiche, and both were delicious you could tell everything was made with real care. What made it even better was the service. The guy working the counter was really kind and welcoming, and it was sweet to see his mom there with him too you could feel the family touch in the whole place. Will definitely be back!

The cutest little bakery! The selection of pastries, desserts, and bread was phenomenal. Everything was delicious! We ordered the cheesecake, eclairs, strawberry creme croissant, tiramisu, and cinnamon roll. All of the drinks were delicious - highly recommend the tiramisu latte! The decor is so cute and gives that homey, Parisian vibe. My favorite part was the people. As soon as we got there, something I noticed was how they recognized their repeat customers and made it a point to catch up and make them feel welcomed. I loved how well the staff truly cared about their products, as well as how they were working with each other and helping each other out to get our order to us asap. They were so patient with us as new customers and even joined in on celebrating me as a new graduate. The woman was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and beaming with joy the entire time we were there. A perfect place for coffee dates, friends catching up, and family gatherings! We took the jalapeΓ±o cheddar focaccia to go and it was amazing.

A wonderfully quaint find! This kitschy location has it all! Warm feeling, good food, and panache! I couldn’t decide what I wanted more so I tried the strawberry croissant, tiramisΓΊ, a heated cinnamon roll, and a lemon bar! Each bite was more delicious than the next! If you’re in Durham this is a must see/visit/eat! Bon appetite!

We went to the French Corner Bakery this weekend and it was lovely. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and tables were clean, tidy, and cute. I had a blueberry Danish and my partner had a ham and cheese on a croissant. Both were delicious. My husband said his latte was excellent as well.
